Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management tool, which will give you total command over your email mailbox accounts and e-mail newsletters. With this easy-to-work-with interface, you can set up a new e-mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward e-mail messages from one mailbox to another, configure email filters, set up autoresponders and guard your electronic mail accounts against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your mailboxes against spam e-mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unrequested electronic mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your emails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are ideal for sorting your incoming messages based on specific criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and set the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other email accounts. Simply choose the email box you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the destination email box and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or cell phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple email mailboxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily set up an auto-response message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
